Terms of Use

The service

My Scenario helps give form to your story: you set the scenario, characters, places, and direction; the service generates chapters and, if you choose, illustrations and narration. AI creates the content; you create the meaning. Features labelled “Coming soon” may change or never ship.

Who may use it

The service is for people aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent where the law requires it.

The product is not intended for children under 13. The bedtime-story genre does not make it a children’s app.

Your account

Saving stories requires an account: email and password, or Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to the account and for activity that happens through it.

You can delete the account in the app. After deletion, access ends, data is handled under the Privacy Policy, and unused tokens are forfeited without compensation.

Tokens and purchases

AI generation consumes tokens. A new account receives 2,000 tokens. When they run out, you can buy packs in the app.

Purchases go only as in-app purchases through the store from which you downloaded the app. The operator does not take card or browser payments. Price, tax, and transaction confirmation are set by that store.

Refunds

Cash refunds are handled by the store from which you purchased, under that store’s rules. The operator does not refund money directly and is not required to replace unused tokens after a purchase, account deletion, or a service change, except where the law or the store’s policy expressly requires it.

Your content

You keep the rights in the scenario, characters, places, and other material you enter yourself. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process that material to provide the service: store it, show it to you, and send it to AI providers solely to fulfil your requests.

You confirm you have the right to use the material you enter and that it does not break the law or other people’s rights.

Generated content

You may use text, images, and audio created at your request to the extent allowed by law and by OpenAI’s and ElevenLabs’ current policies. We do not guarantee that the result is unique, accurate, or fit for commercial or public use.

The service may store the generated result in your account so you can review it and continue the story.

Acceptable use

You must not, among other things:

• Use the service if you are under 13, or impersonate another person.
• Break the law or infringe intellectual property or other people’s privacy.
• Create or request child sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, or other illegal content.
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or fraud.
• Try to break into the service, bypass token payment, overload the infrastructure, or extract other users’ data.
• Present model output as human-authored without disclosure where the law requires it.

AI without guarantees

Generation may be incomplete, repetitive, or miss your intent. We do not moderate every result in advance and do not promise “safe,” “unique,” or “publication-ready” text or images. You review and accept chapters yourself.

Termination

You may stop using the service by deleting your account. We may limit or close access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if the service is discontinued. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice first.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection and other mandatory rules, we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss on your device, decisions based on generated text, or outages of networks and stores.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of your My Scenario purchases in the last 12 months, or a lower amount if the law requires it.

The app stores are not parties to these terms for content generation. Raise purchase claims with the store from which you purchased, as that store’s rules require.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are heard by the courts at the operator’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules give you the right to another court.

Changes to these terms

We publish an updated version on this page with a new date. We do not send separate emails. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the service and delete your account.
